Infrastructure

The infrastructure of our company is modernly constructed and helps us complete the high demands of the market with utmost efficiency. Additionally, following are the machines installed in our infrastructure:

Rotogravure Machine Printing- We are compiled with 1 Eight & 1 Six colour rotogravure High Speed machines With Auto Registration having width up to 800 mm and operation speed of 100 Mtrs/Min.. printing on Substrates like Polyester, BOPP, Metalised & Paper. Automatic Web Tension control on In-feed and Out-feed with Digital Control System, which gives sharp printing results. This acts as a value addition factor for the products.
Slitting Machine- Three High Speed Slitting Machines with a max l000 mm width and with Photo Cell Sensor Control System to get a very high speed and accurate result.
Pouch Making Machine- Four High Speed Pouch Making Machine with Center Seal, Three Side Seal, Gusset Seal and D-Punch facilities.
